The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

07.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned.

Subject to the Petitioner's depositing a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs which is stated to be the Reserve price for the shops similar to the one offered to the Petitioner, within four weeks from today, issue notice returnable in eight weeks.

The amount should be deposited in the name of Registrar Supreme Court of India.

Subject to deposit of the said amount, one shop shall not be allotted to any other party. "

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that upon depositing a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/ (Rupees Ten Lakh) in this Registry as cost, Show Cause Notice was issued to all the seven respondents by Registered A.D. Post on 23.07.2015.

It is submitted that Mr. Sudhir Kulshestrha, Advocate has on 13.08.2015 filed

Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondnet Nos. 2 & 3.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 7.

It is further submitted that the amount deposited by the petitioner is lying within the Registry in non interest bearing account.

The office report seeking directions to invest the aforesaid amount in F.D.R. in a Nationalized Bank is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report for orders.
