The Special Leave Petition abovementioned have been filed by Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated 24.11.2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Patna in Misc. Appeal No. 128 of 2010.

It is submitted that Originally the Special Leave Petition was filed within time but there was a delay of 59 days in refiling the SLP which has been condoned by the Competent Authority.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution of deceased respondent no.36 alongwith an application for condonation of delay for the same which are registered as I.A Nos. 2 & 3 respectively.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 13.07.2016 stating therein to bring on record the LRS. of deceased respondent no.28. (Copy of letter is already included at page no.117 of SLP paperbooks). The counsel for the petitioner has also filed a letter dated 02.08.2016 clarifying that the substitution application is for deceased respondent 36 instead of respondent no.28 alongwith corrected copy of page no.110 of SLP paperbooks. The copies of the same are being circulated with this OfficeReport.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
