UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and on carefully perusing the material placed on record, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam.

2. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

3. Faced with this, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.5 crore immediately and the balance amount shall be paid within a reasonable period, subject to One Time Settlement. 4. In our considered view, such a proposal need to be put by the petitioners before the respondent-bank.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the offer, we leave it for the petitioners to approach the respondentbank in this regard.
