Mr. Anmol Chandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would point out that notice in the SLP(Civil) No.12176/2022 (Union of India & Ors. vs. Nila Prasad Tanty) was issued on 29.07.2022. As the impugned order of the Orissa High Court dated 09.05.2023 is based on the decision in WPC No.13262/2021 filed by said Nila Prasad Tanty, the present matter should be tagged with the pending case.

2. Issue notice both on the Special Leave Petition as also on the application for condonation of delay.
