Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is entitled to the share in the property of Late Shri Hanuma Reddy as daughter in terms of the amendment in the Hindu Succession Act, 2005.

Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. In the meantime, the parties shall maintain status quo regarding possession.
