PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 17697 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Jairam Ramesh, The then Hon'ble Minister of State holding independent charge of Ministry of Environment and Forests, Union of India, New Delhi has been made a party as respondent No. 2.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 14.07.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents which is registered as I. A. No. 2 but some pages are having small font size and dim impression. Since the matter is on board the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) ..CC NOS. 1284412846 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 09.07.2016 filed a letter stating therein to ignore the defects pointed out by the Registry (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 09.07.2016 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 1164).

It is further submitted that Mr. Jairam Ramesh, The then MOS (I.C.), Ministry of Environment & Forest, Union of India, Paryavaran Bhavan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi110003 has been made a party as respondent No. 2.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 10381 of 2012 (Civil Appeal No. 3489 of 2012) referred to on Annexure P36 at page No. 1019 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.04.2012 when the Court was pleased to grant leave and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court.)

It is lastly submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP (C) No. 17697 of 2016 as both are arising out of same judgment.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 17704 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 11.07.2016 filed a letter stating therein that the caption SLP has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 29.04.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Judicature at in Writ Petition No. 452 of 2012. Counsel further states that the

judgment/order/notification/award/annexure/GOs letters dated 25.08.2015, 21.09.1999 etc. are not relevant for the purposes of the adjudication of the captioned Special Leave Petition (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 11.07.2016 is included in the paperbooks at page No.379).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 14.07.2016 filed additional documents alongwith applications seeking permission to filed additional documents and seeking permission for filing additional documents not part of record before High Court which are registered as I. A. Nos. 2 and 3 but some pages are having small font size and dim impression. Since the matte is on borard, the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP (C) ..CC Nos. 1284412846 of 2016 as both are arising out of common order.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 18041 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 11.07.2016 filed a letter stating therein that the caption SLP has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 29.04.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Judicature at in Writ Petition No. 2407 of 2010. Counsel further states that the judgment/order/notification/award/annexure/GOs letters dated 25.08.2015, 14.01.2011, 16.01.2011 etc. are not relevant for the purposes of the adjudication of the captioned Special Leave Petition (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 11.07.2016 is included in the paperbooks at page No.365).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 14.07.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to filed additional documents which is registered as I. A.
