"Learned counsel representing respondent no.1 seeks an adjournment, so as to enable him to rectify the defects in the counter affidavit. Prayer is allowed.

Needful be done within one week from today. Liberty to file rejoinder affidavit, if the petitioners are so advised, within a further period of two weeks. Post for hearing after four weeks. Interim order to continue, till further orders. "

It is submitted that Mr. K.V. Bharathi Upadhyay, Advocate has on 05.07.2016

filed rectified counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 alongwith application for

exemption from filing official translation of annexures. The application is registered as

I.A. No. 2. Copies of the same have been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 9.8.2016 filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court as endorsement made by the Court Master on filing memo. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with

this office report.
