It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 2nd January, 2017.

SLP(C) NO. 38093 of 2016

It is submitted that there are four respondents. Mr. Sarvam Ritam Khare, Advocate has on 15th February, 2017 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per track report, delivery report is still pending on respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

SLP(C) NO. 38094 of 2016

It is submitted that there are 13 respondents. Mr. Sarvam Ritam Khare, Advocate has on 15th February, 2017 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. V.G. Pragasam, Advocate has on 20th February, 2017 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 12 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Mr. Raghavendra S. Srivatsa, Advocate has on 2nd March, 2017 and 7th March, 2017 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 11 and 6 respectively but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Vipin Nair, Advocate has on 1st March, 2017 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 7, 9 and 10 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per track report, articles have been delivered to respondent Nos. 3, 4, 8 and 13 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.
