The application for substitution for impleading the LRs of deceased respondent No.1 has been filed without annexing the death certificate of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants submitted that though he has applied for issuance of the death certificate, however, the same could not be supplied to the applicants/appellants.
