UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.3 to 37 have been deleted from the array of parties vide order dated 29.11.2021, passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been duly served, however no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Records reveal that on the earlier occasion, an undertaking was tendered to this Court praying for time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and time was accordingly granted; however, no steps appear to have been taken on behalf of the said respondents.
