UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 5, 11 to 13, 15 & 16 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.14, 17 and 18, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 21 to 28 have been deleted from the array of Digitally signed

parties.

As per office report instead of filing application for substitution, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed application for substituted service in respect of deceased Respondent Nos. 1 and 6 to 10, which is defective as Lrs are not on record.

Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioner, to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos.1 & 6 to 10.

Application for substituted service filed in respect of Respondent Nos. 19 and 20, is defective. Two weeks time is granted to cure the defects.

List again on 3.5.2024.
