Despite due service on respondent nos.14, 17 and 18, there is no appearance.

Respondent Nos.21 to 28 have been deleted from array of parties.

Application for substituted service has been filed in respect of respondent nos.19 and 20 but same is still defective.

However, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent nos.19 and 20 have also passed away. He further submits that he is not aware of the Lrs. of deceased respondent nos.1, 6 to 10, 19 and 20 and he may file application for deleting them from the array of parties. Two weeks time, as a last chance is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard.

Respondent nos.2 to 5, 11 to 13, 15 and 16 have failed to file counter affidavit, within the time stipulated under the rules.

List again on 06.08.2024.
