UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have perused the reply affidavit filed by the respondent-State but we find that the same is conspicuously silent about the procedure to be adopted for allotment of forest produce to the end Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2019.02.20 17:16:53 IST Reason:

user, the manner in which the end user can be identified and including as to how the end user would be in a position to know the availability of stock of the concerned product. Further, how the end user would be using the allotted stock of goods and the mechanism for supervising that process.

Notably, the High Court had directed the State to place the entire allotment policy on the website vide order dated 08.09.2016. Presumably, that has not been done by the State so far. Let the above mentioned factual position be explained on affidavit, to be filed within two weeks.

List the matter after three weeks.
