Meanwhile, proceedings in Civil Proceeding No.609/2020 titled "Avinash Kumar Rout vs. Sonalika Ray" pending before the Family Court Cuttack, Odisha shall remain stayed.

Since the girl child is in custody of the petitioner and she has reached the age group for nursery, the respondenthusband is directed to show good gesture and extend full cooperation/assistance to the petitioner-wife for admission of their child in nursery class.
