"As prayed, four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing rejoinder affidavit to the common counter affidavit."

It is submitted that as directed counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 31534/2015 has on 17.02.2017 filed rejoinder affidavit with the leave of the Hon'ble Court to the common counter affidavit filed in SLP(C) No. 29124/2015 on behalf of the common respondents in SLP(C) Nos. 29124, 31534/2015 and 7571-73/2016 and the said affidavit has been placed with SLP paper books as separate volume. Counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 29124/2015 has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.
