The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.10.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as also on the prayer for Interim Relief.

Dasti also permitted as prayed for."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 23.11.2015 by registered AD as well as dasti. Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate has on 09.12.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of both the respondents but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP (C) NO. 4703/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.10.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that in a challenge to the same impugned order, notice has already been issued by this Court. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 29124 of 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 22.02.2016 by registered AD. M/s. K.J. John & Co., Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the respondent but have not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP (C) NO. 5918/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.02.2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General of India appearing for the petitioners states, that in a challenge to the common impugned order, notice has already been issued by this Court. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 29124 of 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to the sole respondent was issued through Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate on 04.03.2016. Counsel appearing for the respondent has not filed counter affidavit.

For non filing of counter affidavit by the counsel appearing for the respondents in these SLPs, the matters were lastly listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 11.05.2016, when the following order was passed:-

"SLP(C) No.29124/2015

Both the respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

SLP(C) No. 4703/2016 & SLP(C) No. 5918/2016

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the sole respondent in both matters to file the counter affidavit. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court thereafter as per rules."

It is submitted that in SLP (C) No. 5918/2016 counsel appearing for the sole respondent has on 09.08.2016 filed counter affidavit with the permission of Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated herewith.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
