It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.07.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition No. 7705 of 2013. The matter initially filed on 23.12.2015 is barred by time by 76 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 09.02.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 10 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for exemption from filing Impugned Order (unregistered). The same has been included in SLP paper-books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 4703 of 2016 arising out of CC No. 2561 of 2016 arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 15.02.2016 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
