UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C) Nos. 36714-36736/2013 SLP(C) Nos. 18319-18328/2014
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) points out that in terms of the Order dated 6.10.2015, service on the unserved respondents was to be effected through respondent no. 1 State of Karnataka. On the Court's query, learned counsel for the State submits that due to some reasons, the needful has not been done and though service through publication did take place, somehow, the respondents who are still unserved were left out. He seeks last opportunity to take necessary steps within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
In case of any default in compliance, Officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary should personally be present in the Court.
Proof of paper publication has to be filed by respondent no. 1 and not by petitioner. Needful be done within four weeks.
