UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ld. Counsel for the State of Karnataka shall within a period of four weeks file the proof of paper publication in respect of Respondent Nos. 7,38,48,49,51 and 89 in SLP(C) Nos. 35608-35620/2013,Respondent Nos. 9,22,29-31,35,37-40,74,76,77,83, 84,87, 101,110,114,134,137,138,140, 148,149,151,153-157, 159 in 36714-36736/2013, Respondent Nos. 32,38,78 in SLP(C) Nos. 18319-18328/2014 and Respondent Nos. 8 and 31 in SLP(C) No. 30546/2015.
Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the State of Karnataka to comply with the terms of the office report dated 13.2.2017 in respect of respondent Nos.3, 5, 52 and 89 in SLP(C) Nos.36714-36736/2013.
Mr. N.R. Vani, Ld. Counsel shall within a period of four weeks cure the defects in the vakalatnama filed by him in SLP(C) Nos. 35608-35620/2013.
