Mr. Vikas Upadhyay,Adv. ⬠¦ ......2 ITEM NO.12 -2- SC35608-35620/2013 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the affidavit in proof of dasti service of some of the respondents, but dasti notice could not be served on the respondent Nos.32, 38 & 78 in SLP(C) No. 18319-18328/2014 and the respondent Nos. 8 & 31 in SLP(C) No.30546/2015. Hence, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the above unserved respondents shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the concerned Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the period provided above. Three weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the other unserved respondents.
