"Issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay as also on the special leave petitions."

There are common six respondents in these matters.

Service of show cause notice is complete on common respondent nos. 1-5 but they have not put in appearance on their behalf. The special leave petitions have been dismissed as abated against common respondent no. 6 vide this Court's order dated 20.08.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.
