Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed. Digitally signed by VISHAL ANAND Date: 2023.03.22 Signature Not Verified
Having heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the Respondent – Corporation at a considerable length, and after carefully perusing the material available on record, we do not find it a fit case to interfere with the impugned Order dated 14122022 passed by the High Court of Meghalya at Shilong. However, this will not preclude the petitioner to submit a fresh proposal to the respondent – Corporation.
We hope that the revised proposal to be submitted by the petitioner shall be objectively considered by the Corporation, without being influenced by the observations made by the High Court in the impugned order.
The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in aboveterms.
