UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Re-list for final hearing/disposal on a non-miscellaneous day in April 2024.
The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board will conduct an inspection and within six weeks from today file status report before this Court stating whether the compliances are being made.
A copy of the status report will be furnished to the appellant – State.
Deficiencies, if any, pointed out in the status report will be rectified, and a compliance report will be filed before this Court within six weeks after receipt of the status report.
