UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3, 12 and 13 have already filed their counter affidavits. Learned counsel appearing for them seek leave to file certain additional documents which they may file within four weeks. Mr. V.N.Raghupathy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4-State of Karnataka may also file his counter affidavit within four weeks. Remaining respondents do not appear to have been served so far. Petitioner to take steps for service upon the remaining respondents who shall also file their counter affidavits within four weeks from the date the service is effected.
Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks from the date counter affidavits are filed.
Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned senior counsel for the petitioner-company has resolved to abide by some of the conditions stipulated by the NGT in its impugned order without prejudice to the contentions that the impugned order has been passed without hearing the parties appropriately. He seeks time to file an affidavit in this regard with suitable documents to support it. He is permitted to do so within four weeks.
