UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent nos.10,11,14 in C.A. No.5016/2016, respondent nos.1 to 5, 9,12 to 14 in C.A. No.8002-8003/2016, respondent nos.12 to 14 in C.A. No.12326,9227 of 2016,C.A.NO.1343/2017, respondent nos.1 to 3 and 11 to 15 in C.A. No.10995,10993,10994,10992 of 2016, respondent nos.1 to 3, 12,14 and 15 in C.A. No.12157,12152,12156,12158,12160,12159 of 2016 and respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 11 in C.A. No.1241/2017 have not filed counter affidavit, as such, further opportunity stands declined.

Respondent nos. 1 to 3, 12,14 and 15 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent nos. 11,12 and 14 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos.1 and 15 within two weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

At this stage, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.1 and 15 are same in all the matters and service may be deemed complete on these respondents since they are served in the other connected matters. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file letter/application to this effect.

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.15 in C.A. No.14966/2017 seeks and is given four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel further submits that he is also appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, 12 and 13 in C.A. No.5016/2016, respondent nos.1 to 3,14 and 15 in C.A. No.8002-03/2016, 12326/2016, C.A. No.9227/2016,C.A. No.1343/2017,C.A. No.10995/2016,C.A. No.10993/2016, C.A. No.10994/2016, C.A. No.10992/2016, C.A. No.12157/2016, C.A. No.12152/2016, C.A. No.12156/2016, C.A. No.12158/2016, C.A. No.12160/2016, C.A. No.12159/2016, C.A. No.1241/2017, C.A. No.14966/2017, respondent nos.1 to 3, 12 and 13 in C.A. No.4923-24/2017 and seeks time to file the consolidated reply in all the matters aforementioned for the respondents

In view of the above submissions ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent no.1 within two weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.
