It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Kamaldeep Gulati, Advocate. Certificate of service in respect of Respondent No. 2 has not been received so far from the Tribunal despite Registry's reminder dated 18.05.2016.

Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is incomplete in the matter.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 2 which is respondent no. 1 in C.A. 2703/2013 and represented through Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate. If ordered, service of Respondent No. 2 may deemed to be completed in the matter.

It is also submitted that none of the parties have filed statement of case so far.

Civil Appeal No. 9191-92/2012

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04th October, 2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Tag with Civil Appeal No. 9190 of 2012 (Arising out of Civil Appeal No. D. 6288 of 2012.)"
