respondents who have already been served and accordingly two weeks time is granted to file vakalatnama/memo of appearance.

In respect of respondent Nos. 20, 26, 28 office report suggests that the respondents have been settled in USA and to that effect the ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps with regard to effecting service upon them in terms of the Government O.M. No.12(77)/10-Judl. dt.18.8.2011 within four weeks.
