UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) NO.7844/2012 Out of 31 respondents, respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6,7,9 to 11,13 to 15, 19,22 to 24 and 26 to 31 are reported to be duly served but none appeared on their behalf. Duly represented respondent Nos. 16,17,20 and 21 represented through the ld. Counsel, Mr Ram Swarup Sharma are granted four weeks time for filing the counter affidavit subject to service of complete set of pleadings in two weeks time. -2- Item No.29 Respondent Nos. 12 and 18 are reported to be residing in USA. Notice be served on them in consonance with the Government OM dt.18.8.2011. Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.25 has not been filed on record within the time granted by the Court. SLP(C) NO.9632-9633/2012 It is pertinent to note that respondent Nos. 1,4,7 to 9, 11,13 to 15, 17,22,25,27,29 and 30 are already served in the main matter, therefore, there is no need of issuance of fresh notices to them in the present matter also. They are already proceeded ex party as per order passed in the main matter. Respondent Nos. 20,26 and 28 are reported to be residing in USA. The ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take necessary steps for service in consonance with the Government Om dt.18.8.2011. List again on 5.3.2014.
