leave petition is seeking anticipatory bail
in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.334 of

2019 dated 03.07.2019 registered at Police Station Tarya Sujan, District- Kushi Nagar, U.P. under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 506 of IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1983.
After considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled for anticipatory bail.
In such circumstances, we direct that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail forthwith subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the trial Court/Investigating Agency.
The special leave petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
