It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 7810 of 2014 (@ SLP(C)..CC No. 4552 of 2014) arising out of common order was listed before the Court on alongwith other connected matters on 6 th March, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and granting stay (Main matter SLP(C) No. 18047 of 2013). Now the matter is fixed for 21st January, 2015. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 6 th March, 2014 is enclosed herewith).
