The Court made the following O R D E R
The learned counsel who earlier appeared for the petitioners was appointed as a Judge of the Gujarat High Court. The learned counsel who earlier appeared for respondent No.1 was designated as a Senior Advocate.
Notices for making alternative arrangements were issued and served upon the petitioners as well as respondent No.1. However, no steps have been taken by either to engage learned counsel afresh.
As the cases pertain to the year 2017 and the petitioners have evinced no interest in pursuing the matter despite being made aware of the fact that their former counsel is no longer appearing, Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos.4120 and 4124 of 2017 are dismissed for non-prosecution, subject to just exceptions.
