The Writ Petition alongwith Interlocutory Application No. 3 above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith main matter, Civil Appeal No. 8714 of 2010 on 28.10.2015 with Office Report dated 27.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"I.A. No.5 of 2015 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 95 of 2015 (for intervention) is allowed.

Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India has submitted that certain decisions have been taken by the Union of India pursuant to the last order of this Court dated 14 t h October, 2015. If such decisions have been taken, the same be laid before the Court by means of affidavit(s) of the competent authority. Such affidavit(s) will be filed within two weeks from today.

The matters will be considered on 24 t h November, 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Amended Cause Title stands included in the Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate has on 28.10.2015 filed Affidavit on behalf of Union of India, but the same is defective for the reasons that 1) Annexure A-1 has been marked as Colly. and 2) pagination of Annexure has not been done in the body of the Affidavit. The counsel has not cured the defects depsite this Registry's letter dated 04.11.2015, so far. However, the document stands included in the Paper Books. He has again on 16.11.2015 filed Additional Affidavit on behalf of Union of India and the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate has on 20.11.2015 filed Application for intervention on behalf of Mrs. Parul Mandal and others which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 6 of 2015 and the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Writ Petition alongwith Interlocutory Application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
