UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No.24512/2023

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 6, there is no appearance. However, Mr. Sumit Kumar, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Shuvodeep Roy, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1. Four weeks time, is granted for the said purpose.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that she has filed spare copies on Saturday, 16th March, 2024 for issuance of notice to respondents, but the same is not reflected in the office report. Office to verify.
