Respondent nos. 4 to 20, 30, 34 & 35 have filed counter affidavit alongwith application seeking direction but after opportunity to file the same was declined. Registry to make specific mention of the fact in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 3. Ld. counsel, Mr Deepayan Dutta appearing on behalf of Mr Shuvodeep Roy, Advocate-on-record undertakes to appear for the said respondents and seeks time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 21 to 29, 31 to 33 and 36 to 40 but none has entered appearance.
