UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C) No.7497/2012 & SLP(C) No. 6246/2012
We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
The admitted position is that the direction in Paragraph 14(ii) of the impugned judgment was passed against Shri Anil Mishra without giving him a show-cause notice and without even hearing him in the matter.
In view of the above, the order of the High Court is set aside to the extent of the direction in Paragraph 14(ii).
The special leave petitions are disposed of in view of the above.
