It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 5th October, 2016 filed one spare copy of Transfer Petition and thereafter, on 8th November, 2016 filed remaining 122 spare copies of the Transfer Petition but he has not filed application for condonation of delay in filing the spare copies of Transfer Petition with the result fresh show cause notice could not be issued on all the 123 respondents so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Learned Registrar Court with this Office Report.
