UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 5 have already filed the counter affidavit. Copy thereof be served to the opposite parties.

Respondent Nos.2, 7 and 8 have yet not filed the counter Though some more time is requested but the affidavit. perusal of the order dated 17.8.2015 shows that three of these Signal were already warned with the last opportunity. ^17,49 Outperwise also, time stipulated for the purpose stands already expired. Opportunity for them to file the counter affidavit is, therefore, declined.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested some more time to provide the fresh and complete address of respondent No.6. Be provided in four weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

List again on 21.1.2016.
