O R D E R

This is a petition for transfer of H.M.O.P. No.1056 of 2011 pending in the Family Court at Coimbatore, within the State of Tamil Nadu to the Family Court at Bangalore, within the State of Karnataka.

The petitioner has sought transfer of the aforesaid case mainly on the ground of her inability to travel from Bangalore to Coimbatore to attend the proceedings of the case filed by the respondent. 3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are convinced that the prayer made by the petitioner deserves to be granted. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed and H.M.O.P. No.1056 of 2011 titled Sujaysenthil Narayanaswamy vs. Nithya Bodapati, pending in the Family Court at Coimbatore, within the State of Tamil Nadu is transferred to the Family Court at Bangalore, within the State of Karnataka for being disposed of in accordance with law.
