Mr. K.V.Vishwanathan, learned senior counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent.
Learned counsel for the parties agree that their clients may be given an opportunity to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of their matrimonial dispute.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel, 2 parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre
of the Supreme Court on 20.03.2012.
Incharge, Mediation Centre shall submit report to this Court within next three weeks.
List the case on 20.04.2012.
In the meanwhile, further proceedings in H.M.O.P.
No.1056 of 2011 titled Sujaysenthil Narayanaswamy v. Nithya Bodapati pending before the Family Court at Coimbatore shall remain stayed.
The respondent shall pay to the petitioner a sum of rupees ten thousand by way of demand draft towards expenses for coming to New Delhi.
