Delay condoned.
Issue notice. Ms. Minakshi Vij, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 18. Therefore, no formal notice is required to be issued to the said respondent. So far as other respondents are concerned, issue notice returnable in six weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is also permitted. Status quo existing as on today with regard to possession
shall be maintained, in the meantime.
