The Petition abovementioned has been filed by M/s. Arputham Aruna & Co., Advocates on 22.2.2017 against the Judgment and order dated 26.10.2016 and 23.11.2016 of Hon'ble Court of Judicature at Bombay in Writ Petition Nos. 12790 and 31938/2016.

It is submitted that Petition filed against the Judgment and order dated 26.10.2016 is barred by time by 29 days and Petition filed against the Judgment and order dated 23.11.2016 is within time.

It is submitted that SLP(C) CC Nos. 7255 and 65416542/2017 are filed between same parties and arising out of similar issue.

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3.4.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"In view of the letter circulated by learned counsel for the petitioner seeking adjournment on the ground of some personal difficulty of the AdvocateonRecord, list these matters on 13th April, 2017 along with SLP(Civil)...CC No. 7255/2017 which is to be treated as the main case.

Liberty is granted to make corrections in the petitions."

IT is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has made corrections in the petitions.
