It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate on 08.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 4783, 4785 of 2008 (O & M), 17931797 of 2009 (O & M), 5052 of 2010 (O & M), 47264729, 5281, 5371, 5373, 5377, 6906, 7105 of 2011 (O&M), 294, 555, 3075 of 2012 (O & M) and 498 of 2013 (O&M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No. 1 in RFA 4783 of 2008 (O & M) namely Murari, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 1797 of 2009 (O&M) namely Chandan Singh, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 5052 of 2010 (O & M) namely Saroj, Appellant No. 8 in RFA No. 5052 of 2010 (O & M) namely Kapoor Singh, Appellant NO. 2 in RFA No. 4728 of 2011 (O & M) namely Bhup Singh, Appellant No. 1 in RFA No. 294 of 2012 (O & M) namely Shyamo, Appellant No. 2 in RFA No. 555 of 2012 (O & M) namely Shakuntala and Appellant No. 2 in RFA No. 3075 of 2012 (O & M) namely Lachhi @ llaichi @ Srilal which are barred by time by 1757, 1064, 1227, 174 & 1128 days respectively except in RFA No. 5052 of 2010 (O & M) Appellant No. 1 namely Saroj and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that originally Special Leave Petition was within time but there is a delay of 86 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 10373 of 2016 Entitled Narain Singh Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. as both are arising out of common followed Judgment.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
