It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Ranbir Singh Yadav, Advocate on 06.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 4305, 4324, 4325, 4335 & 4337 of 2012 (O & M).
It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 03.11.2015 was within time but there was a delay of 80 days in refiling the SLP which has been condoned pursuant to Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) order dated 04.07.2016.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 1782117824 of 2016 @ CC Nos.1043610439 of 2016 Entitled Indirawati @ Indro Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. as both are arising out of common order.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
