It is submitted that Mr.R.C Kaushik, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 3.2.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 3.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 6742/2011, 7572/2011, 6785/2011, 3289/2011, 6746/2011, 7595/2011, 6741/2011, 6739/2011 and 6744/2011 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased namely Appellant No.4 and Appellant no. 5 namely Mauji and Shiv Lal in RFA Nos. 6739/2011 which is barred by time by 1596 and 113 days and Counsel has also filed

an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 3.11.2015 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 110 days in refiling the SLP and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.18649/2016@ CC No. 12236/2016 Entitled Zile Singh and Ors. Versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was directed on 11.7.2016 by Hon'ble court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 11.7.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
