It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate on 04.04.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 806, 3083, 3290 and 4057 of 2012 (O& M) along with the application for permission to file SLP

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner No. 1 in RFA No. 1 namely Diwan Singh and sole petitioner in RFA No. 4057 of 2012, namely Har Naryan which are barred by time by 1008 and 969 days respectively and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution

application.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 in RFA Nos. 806, 3083, 3290 and 4057 of 2012 (O & M) is barred by time by 58 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC Nos. 86348635 of 2016 Entitled Rajender Singh Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. Etc. as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of exhibits and award/notification, 09.04.2011, 13.08.2004 and 26.08.2004. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 29.04.2016 stating therein that the same are not necessary and Counsel has requested to ignore the aforesaid defects and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
