UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the petitioner seeks four weeks time for filing proof of dasti against respondent Nos.3 and 4. Granted as a last chance. Ld.counsel for the contesting respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner is not taking effective steps for service of notice on respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Ld.counsel for the petitioner offers to take out dasti as against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and to file proof effectively.
