UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The application for restoration of the SLP qua respondent No.4 was allowed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber vide order dated 24.1.2014. It is seen that the petitioner has filed an affidavit of service dated 11.9.2013 stating that respondent No.4 has refused to accept show cause notice and the same was pasted on its door. The above service by affixture by the petitioner is not a proper service. Hence the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps against respondent No.4 within four weeks, as last chance. No appearance for the petitioner today also. If steps are taken. List the matter on 5.3.2014.
