UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
On hearing learned counsel for parties, we are of the
view that the interest of such of the workmen who are not inclined to accept the settlement arrived at between the Union and management is protected as they can avail their own remedies in accordance with law.
We are unable to accept the plea of the learned counsel for the petitioner that these workmen must get the benefit of the Order of the learned single judge which was at the behest of the Union and which stands now compromised in a different manner.
The special leave petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
Pending applications stand disposed of.
