The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd February, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice returnable in four weeks.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner subject to furnishing a bank guarantee of an amount of Rs.50 crores to the satisfaction of the concerned authority within a period of three weeks from today."

Accordingly, Show cause notice returnable on 1st April, 2016 was issued to all the six Respondents through registered A.D. Post on 29th February, 2016. Ms. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 29th March, 2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing the show cause notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 so far.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 12th March, 2016 filed Application for Modification of this Hon'ble Court's Order dated 22nd February, 2016 with Affidavit. The said application has been registered as I.A. No1. Copies of the said application have been tagged with main SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that I.A. No. 1 (Application for modification) was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 16th March, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Post I.A. No.1of 2016 before an appropriate Bench within four weeks from today."

The matter along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with Office Report.
