UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

2. Issue notice.

3. Subject to depositing an additional 10% of the total

penalty over and above the amount already deposited in the same manner as it was done before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the recovery proceedings shall remain stayed.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount would be deposited within a period of eight weeks.

5. The amount may be accordingly deposited within the time prayed for.
